I am an Assistant Professor of Statistics in the Department of Mathematics at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. Previously, I was associated with the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur as an Assistant Professor in the Operations Management and Decision Sciences Area. Before that, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow with Prof. Raghu Nandan Sengupta in the Department of Management Sciences at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. I obtained Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Delhi under the supervision of Prof. Ajit Chaturvedi and Dr. Ashish K. Shukla. I work in the domain of Statistics and Data Science with specific research interests in areas like sequential analysis, statistical inference, reliability, distribution theory, and ecological statistics.
