SOCIAL MEDIA IN ENTERTAINMENT
The purpose of this project was to become creative and innovative in implementing social media in order to create solutions to problems in a specific industry. In the past decade, Dell used social media to trailblaze their industry in the marketing field, and my task was to find a way to emulate their success. This memo showcases the choices I made as a CBS Account Executive in hopes of increasing ratings for CBS Sports, specifically with golf and the PGA Tour.Â
