Digiorno's memorandum

For this project, I was tasked with assuming the role of CEO of DiGiorno's Pizza during the controversial tweet scandal of 2014. I was to address the situation to the entire staff of the company and assess future steps we will be taking to both limit damage and make amends with victims and those affected by what was posted to Twitter. The goal of this memo is to fix the reputation of the company.
