KFUPM Business Park, also known as AMAAD Business Park, is a real estate project in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, developed by the Business Park Complex Company and owned by King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). It is designed as a comprehensive business park with office buildings, residential units, hospitality, and retail spaces. The park aims to create a modern, vibrant community with convenient access to amenities and services for both residents and visitors.

Duties & Responsibilities
Prepared Shop Drawings, Detailed Installation Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, Redline Drawings, & As-Built Drawings of Mechanical Water Supply & HVAC.
Created Technical Drawings based from Construction Manager and Engineer's sketches.
Made 3D Models & Perspective Drawing as work requires.
Prepared Coordination Drawings and Material Take-Off.
Maintained an organized file system of CAD Drawings.
Performed other duties instructed by Construction Manager.
