Awards that recognize DeMolays for achievement in some phase of Chapter activity, Religion, and/or Scholastics. Merit Bars are awarded to individual members on the recommendation of the Awards Advisor. The Advisory Council makes the final decision about whether an individual has met the requirements for each bar.
Blue Honor Key: Awarded to an Active or Senior DeMolay for being the first-line signer for 10 new members initiated by the Chapter (only 3 active DeMolays in the State of New Jersey achieved this in the last 10 years)
Founders Membership Award: Granted to DeMolay who's the first-line signer on his first 5 membership applications
#1 Lapel Pin: Recognizes the important achievement of signing a first new member
DeMolay Leadership Training Conference: Nominated by a DeMolay Representative to attend summer conference
