The lesson is all about expressing their creativity by making a dessert. The target skills is to present a dessert attractively and how to garnish a dessert.
Dessert is a kind of food that eaten every after dinner or what they call appetizers. The teachers gave time to their students to make their activities and learn on how to do it.
She shows the way on how to make a dessert. This help the students be confident when they are making dessert.
The students are excited to make a dessert. Some of them are already making the dessert while the teacher is discussing which means that they are confident in making a dessert.
The proof that the student is encouraged to do critical thinking is when they ask what to add and what to do when making a dessert. It also shows how really creative they are because aside of the lesson they were thinking outside the box.
