I  am professor of Industrial Engineering department at University of Concepción, Chile, teaching about human variables involved in organizational development. I Also work as Vice-director of Teaching Change at Faculy of Engineering.
I'm co-founder of Inclusion Index of People with Disabilites and La escalera Ong - non profit organization  focused on disemination  and teaching sustainable values  and practices.
