I am an academic expert in higher education with extensive experience advising universities in Latin America and Europe. My research focuses on the cognitive–motivational factors involved in learning and competent performance such as Engagement, Motivational Regulation, Belonging and Social Integration. My work combines research and applied consulting to improve student engagement, reduce dropout, and support competence-based education in higher education institutions.
