Hi Chef Somers,
I want to thank you so much for all that you do for your students and this program. My son has learned so much from you and has really enjoyed this last year of high school, in large part because of you. He really struggled to get back on track after COVID, but he is now headed to college next fall, excited to learn something new. He has the highest respect for you, and what you have taught him about work ethic, taking pride in your work, and responsibility goes above and beyond any other high school class he has taken. Working in the kitchen at the Durham Bulls Ballpark has been a great experience for him, and would not have happened without your leadership and guidance in that direction. You are an exceptional teacher, and we appreciate you.

The traditional dictionaries do not address culinary specific terminology, terms such as Range, salamander, and hood. They have confusing definitions in relation to the culinary world. This dictionary includes a quick look up of spices, fruits, vegetables etc. It provides students who must take exams in English a chance to learn English within the trade and pass the test. This text is also for adults looking for work and businesses looking for an opportunity to communicate.
