Both of these videos highlight the integration of technology in the classroom. The first video demonstrates a Smartboard use of interactive Children's Songs that center around story and movement.(P-3)

The Second video is a demonstration (without audio) of Plickers software for formative assessment in the music classroom. This allows the students to answer with held-up cards and be graded quickly for the class to review and the teacher to see how the body as a whole stands on a concept.

Given the transition education has made towards one-to-one technology and the use of Chromebooks from elementary school and beyond, instruction in DAWs and other music resources has become a must. Some projects using Garage Band on the IOS side and BandLab or Soundtrap for Chromebooks have led to full media projects like Parody Projects and JIngle creation using this technology.

For these projects, SoundCloud has acted as a free repository for some of these creations.
