Sales teams and partners are often spread across geographies, but sales can't wait for time zones to catch up. Making assets available on-demand enables individuals to move at the speed of business. I've led development of two permissions-based asset-management websites to deliver branded materials whenever and wherever salespeople, partners and distributors need them.
