PROCUREMENT TERMS & CONDITION

Procurement: The act of searching to obtain buying goods, by special effort. The process includes finding goods required by overseas buyers, negotiating costs, agreeing on terms and conditions, and then acquiring the goods.

Procurer Option 1: Sirius Integrated UK Limited acts as a purchasing agent on behalf of an overseas buyer, directly dealing with and paying the AMER supplier or seller.

Procurer Option 2: Sirius Integrated UK Limited identifies AMER suppliers and sellers and introduces them to overseas buyers for an introduction fee. The buyers then pay the AMER supplier or seller directly.

 AMER Supplier/Seller: The legal owner of the good(s), under whose warranties or terms and conditions apply to the sale and purchase of the goods ordered within North and South America.

Overseas Buyer or Purchaser: The person or company whose order for the requested goods is to be procured and who appoints Sirius Integrated UK Limited to act on their behalf under Procurer Option 1 or Option 2.

 Warranty Statement: Any product guarantees or warranties are only those offered by the manufacturer or seller of the goods or products. Normally, such warranties are only valid if the goods are returned to the AMER sellers at the expense of the buyers or owners of the goods.
