Certified Officers: up to $93,882 (prior years of service will be honored)

After EMT Certification: an additional $4,000/year

Single: $0/month, $400 deductible, $800 out-of-pocket maximum
Family: $35/month, $800 deductible, $1600 out-of-pocket maximum
Paid time off
Vacation: 48 hours your first year, 96 hours your second year, with regularly scheduled increases; unused vacation rolls over from year to year
Sick: accrue 12 hours/month
Holidays: 9 holidays + 2 personal holidays of employee's choice
Tuition reimbursement
Up to $1,330/fiscal year for classes which relate to the employee's job description
