John Swett Education Association (JSEA) is a labor union for public school educators in Rodeo, Crockett, Port Costa, and surrounding areas. We utilize collective bargaining to fight for the needs of our classrooms and communities. This includes fair pay raises to attract and retain educators, smaller class sizes, mental health support for students, equitable access to technology, safe school climates, and so much more.
