PTA Membership

Membership to the John Rolfe Middle School PTA is open to all family members of our students and is just $6 per member. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. are all encouraged to join the PTA and show their support for their Indian's education!

The overall purpose of the PTA is to be:

• A powerful voice for all children,
• A relevant resource for families and communities, and
• A strong advocate for the education and well-being of every child.

Each adult who wishes to be recognized as an official member of the JRMS PTA must pay the annual membership dues (just $6 per member ). Of this amount, $3.75 goes to the National & Virginia PTA organizations, and the remaining monies are used for JRMS PTA events and activities. Joining the JRMS PTA provides you automatic membership to the State and National PTA’s. Only those who are official members will be able to vote in elections, approve the budget, or approve a bylaws change.

The John Rolfe Middle School PTA provides many outstanding programs and resources that enhance our children's learning experience that are funded through your support of the Indians Fund!

• Spirit Nights
• Hospitality for teachers and administration and much more!
