I make it my business to get to know everyone participating in the event so that they may feel comfortable approaching me for anything.

I support the visionary by handling the interpersonal relationships that tend to pull energy away from the detailed preparation of each element of the event.

My job is to be available, alert, positive and professional and to support your vision through the support of you and your team.

EVENT CONCIERGE, M.C. & HOSTING SERVICES

Tier 1 – Event Hosting and MC Services…

With this package I show up and MC the show from opening curtains to last call. This is the least inclusive package…

$125/hour

Tier 2 – Event Concierge Services…

With this package I manage the people as you manage the process.

I show up early in the day as the performers arrive so I can get to know everyone. We will have a group meeting explaining my services and any necessary specifics. I will have an event specific web-site so that the Artists, performers, models and assistants can check in up to a week before the show with specific wants, needs & requests so that I know as much as possible about everyone’s needs and situation ahead of time. My mobile number along with various contact information will be made available so that I can be contacted before, during or after the event…

$85/hour – An all inclusive rate can also be arranged.

Benefits to The Event Planner.

As the event coordinator focuses on all of the details leading up to the show, I make sure that everyone is satisfied and bringing their issues to me, so that you can focus on the artistic details of the evening. I make it my business to get to know everyone involved quickly so that as the afternoon progresses towards Showtime, a symbiosis occurs as we work towards a common goal.

It is my objective to remove the possibility of stressful negative energy that may rob the artists, performers, promoters and coordinators of their artistic vision for the evening. The complete focus of my work is “Showtime”… The culmination of all of the energy of the day; the supernatural force that lies beyond all of the work.

Specializing in LIVE social networking.

Online social networking meant to support an event is only as good as the live social networking before and during the event. When people get back to there computers the following day they must remember names and social media addresses. They must understand how to handle the social media correctly at the time of the event and afterwards. We provide the information and motivation necessary to promote successful “Live” social networking which will broaden the reach of your event and encourage increased attendance at your next event.

Event safety is crucial.

All artists, performers, models and assistants have the ability to check in with me personally, or via the event support website the week leading up to the event. These people also check in with me personally the day of the event so that everyone is accounted for. We want to provide any assistance needed to those who may be traveling alone, from out of town or country. We offer support leading up to, during and after the event. Everyone will have my personal number in case of need or emergency.

Tier 3 – The Complete package…

The complete package includes the “Event Concierge Service” and “LIVE hosting and MC Service.”

Live Event Hosting is much more effective after a day of backstage concierge and coordinating. After a day managing and getting to know the artists and performers, my hosting services will be that much more connected to the performers and therefore the show itself.

By showtime myself and the performers will have an engaged and connected relationship making any interactions appear organic and natural to the audience…
