JOHN BILKA

Welcome! I'm John Bilka. My primary areas of practice are family, juvenile, criminal, mental health and elder law. I also handle landlord-tenant issues, small claims, advance planning and unemployment insurance compensation appeals. I have represented clients in these areas of law since 2010 and taken dozens of cases to trial by court or jury. I am also the contract guardian ad litem for Manitowoc County Circuit Court, Branch 2, and in that capacity I represent the best interests of children and vulnerable adults in guardianship, child protective services (CHIPS), protective placement, termination of parental rights, adoption, civil and restraining order proceedings.
