Seth has come a very, very long way since starting at CECAMM. He has demonstrated brilliant attendance and willingness throughout his time here and has certainly come out of his shell. He tries his absolute hardest in every aspect and has made a lot of progress, securing his own work experience at Diverse Marine, and impressing his supervisor throughout his time there. He is a polite, well-mannered individual who deserves recognition for his dedication to the course. He has the makings of a great engineer and will make a reliable, well-rounded employee. I wish him all the best for his future endeavours.
Bobby Minns is studying Btec Extended Diploma Advanced Manufacturing Level 3.
Nominated because:
“Louise is a model apprentice who has completed her apprenticeship on time, despite moving employers during the apprenticeship programme.
Louise joined CECAMM as a level three full time student after deciding that A levels were not for her. Louise had some health issues that she has managed during her young adulthood. Whilst on the full time programme, Louise was successful in applying for an apprenticeship programme with Spinlock while at CECAMM. Louise then moved on after applying to GKN for a Technical Support apprenticeship. Louise has completed on time her Level 3 Technical Support apprenticeship with GKN and has progressed onto the Engineering HNC programme. Louise also volunteers at St Marys hospital during her free time. Louise is a well-liked apprentice at work and at CECAMM by both staff and students alike and is a credit to the apprenticeship programme and GKN alike”.
Louise is hard working, forward thinking and a great advocate of CECAMM, GKN and Engineering as a whole.
