John's Technology Project
As a School Aide in IT Support at IN-Tech Academy, I support in the following aspects, Tech Upgrade and Optimization within Classroom Environments, Technology within Computer Labs, last but not least keeping up to date with Technology within the IT Department Office. I work well collaboratively and closely with the Level 3 Computer Technician Specialist Mr. Ramirez within the IT Department at IN-Tech Academy. I proactively ensure that both hardware and software remain current, implementing strategic improvements that enhanced the digital learning environment and supported seamless instruction for Students, Teachers, Staff, Faculty and Administration.
