Jun 2025: Our latest work is out as a preprint. We show that the essential amino acid tryptophan is highly toxic to C. elegans. It turns out that the bacterial diet is the culprit. Bacterial metabolism of tryptophan to indole causes the toxicity. Congratulations, Shivani!

Feb 2025: Our latest work is out as a preprint. Using a genome-wide bacterial screen, we identify that dietary iron limitation extends C. elegans lifespan via its oxidative stress response pathways. Congratulations, Priyanka!

Feb 2025: We have published a review in the FEBS Journal discussing the complex crosstalk between redox homeostasis and hypoxia signaling.
