It's difficult to explain what I do...but below is a list of the type of work that I've done, am doing, or will be doing.
Doors. Installation and repairs
Windows. Installation and repair/recaulking
Project planning and management (meeting with inspectors/engineers/designers)
Thresh holds (and trim) wood/aluminum/steel installation and repairs.
Locks and safety equipment installation (cameras/deadbolts/doorhandles)
Tiles, ceramic/glass/porcelain installation for floors and backsplashes and repair (remove cracked tiles/grout and replace)
Recaulking of tubs, counters, sinks etc.
Flooring . Hardwood, floating, engineered, repair and new floors.
Working with homeowner to demonstrate/assist in completion of jobs (i'm your onsite youtube video)
Drywall repairs, and installation (including patching after knob and tube removal).
Carpentry. Building walls, supports, creating new shelving, siding, finishing, and rough.
Flat screen television installation (and cable fishing behind walls)
Cement/concrete work. Repairs, and brickwork, tuck pointing.
Interlocking blocks and slab work repairs (and replacing rotting 4x4 and railway ties)
MINOR electrical. Replacing fixtures, switches, receptacles, dimmers, GFI replacements, **NO PANEL WORK**
MINOR plumbing. Fixture replacement, shut off valves replaced, drains replaced, Toilets/sinks/kitchen. **NO GAS WORK**
Painting. Indoor, outdoor (ground level/to first floor eaves) Cement paint/epoxy, weatherproof paint repair for decks, stain, latex etc.
Working with real estate agents in the past, I am well versed in the interior/exterior finishes of your home to make it look beautiful and finished. Further, reviewing home inspection reports, I have often made corrections that were certified, and amendments to those very same reports were made.
Demolition, and construction of new kitchens and bathrooms. Including refacing cabinets/doors or reconfiguring of existing kitchens and bathrooms.
