Make sprinting fun and accessible for youth athletes, growing the popularity of the sport of track and field. Develop sprinting technique and mechanics in youth athletes of all sports to prevent injury and increase performance. Build the confidence of athletes who may not feel fast or explosive, and inspire lifelong healthy habits and movement patterns in youth athletes by developing a healthy and fun relationship to exercise.
I am a Certified level 1 USATF Track and Field coach, which qualifies me for coaching the sprints, jumps, hurdles, throws, and distance events. I am currently pursuing my NSCA CSCS certification.
