This program is an example of how youth athletes can be taught linear and lateral speed mechanics and techniques while maintaining a fun and inspiring atmosphere. The program's first and last weeks are both dedicated entirely to testing, which provides measurable metrics for athletes and parents to see return on investment in the training camp, and athletic progress.
Each day is structured similarly to give the athletes a sense of familiarity as they move through the program, however each few weeks exercises progress to keep them moving forward and getting more athletic.
Each day of the program ends in a game, providing direct application for skills learned that day and adding fun and competitiveness into each session. In this program, a youth athlete can expect to improve speed, power, agility, fitness, and vertical leap.
