The first independent project I am working on is CIBA or controlled illuminated bicycle helmet. CIBA is a helmet meant for travel in large urban areas or in heavy traffic either at night, or while on roads. it completes this purpose by having LEDs around the helmet that turn on when the straps are put on at night and having LEDs that indicate whether you are turning left or right and if you are stopping or not.
