About Me

I am a wife, mother, daughter, and recovering agriculture teacher! I had taught for the past 29 years for 3 different schools in 2 different states. I have found my passion and drive as a teacher in Agricultural Education. I am reinventing myself into a speaker and life coach. My new passion is to help teachers, nurses, and public servants take care of themselves. Join me on a journey to make health and sanity a priority.
