I am a wife, mother, daughter, and agriculture teacher! I have been teaching for the past 29 years for 3 different schools in 2 different states. I have found my passion and drive as a teacher in Agricultural Education. My life coaching passion is to help public servants become the best humans they can be. Join me on a journey to make health and sanity a priority. By filling your cup, you can, in turn, fill the cup of your family, friends, patients, and students.

As a life coach I can help you assess your life, find the areas of weakness that need changes, and help you grow to reach the results you have not attained on your own. I will help you make small, lasting changes that develop the life you love. This could include but is not limited to:

I am not a therapist. I can help you understand what is holding you back. I am not qualified to help you heal from the why.

After 29 years in high school classrooms, I am becoming a life coach and mentor to public servants.
