The most important one of my professional goals is practicing student-centered education. I am committed to help the students develop as a whole person physically and psychologically. I try my best to motivate and cultivate students to give full play of their potential and retain the love for learning. I am also excited about demonstrating understanding of various assessment methods.

In addition, I value the impact of globalization on education. I would like to encourage students to develop as critical thinkers and as global citizens. In my class we share the news from different countries every week and pay special attention to environmental issues. I also lead several environmental activities to promote energy saving and improve school community.

I believe the use of technology in Education is beneficial for the innovations in teaching. It can be very helpful for developing differentiated instructional program to meet the academic and linguistic needs of students. I am a big fan of hierarchical teaching, which ensures learning activities are progressively challenging for each leaner. I would like to share more experiences with other teachers from different backgrounds.
