Reaction to Mr. Paul Betancourt's presentation on Hotel Security
what did the presenter talk about? what did you learn?
During the presentation, Paul Betancourt discusses the tasks and priorities that accompany his job as Hotel security. The idea of security surmounts all other priorities on the job, and it is always involved. I learned the importance of security hotels enforce as well as the main industry involved with hotels that being tourism.
what is your reaction to the presentation?
My reaction mainly involved with how the customers impact the industry. They are the boss really. many of the requests they have will be fulfilled by the staff. I was also shocked to see the many duties the security must also fulfill to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Executive Housekeeper's presentation
1. what did mr. jesus talk about?
in the presentation mr. jesus talks about how housekeeping makes it easier to sell rooms. housekeeping really maintains the image of the room or place you r trying to sell. housekeeping is a standard to a great hotel. there are different jobs tied to housekeeping such as room attendant, linen-runner, lobby attendant, and laundry department. each job tied into housekeeping helps ensure cleanliness and keeps the hotel's presentable.
2. what is your reaction and your thoughts on a career in housekeeping?
you can tell he was very passionate in his job. he stuck to the same job hw had since high school. he shows that if you find passion in something you do, it makes you love what you do for a living. although my passion is not housekeeping he showed me if i have the drive and motivation towards my job i will be successful and love what i do.

1. What did you learn about managing your finances?
In the future to be sure to keep yourself financially stable you must know how to manage your finances. Limiting your expenses is knowing how to budget yourself. today I learned the difference between saving, budgeting, and spending. Managing my money well will lead to success and achieving more goals.
2. What is your reaction? Which tip(s) stood out for you? Why?
Since I am entering adulthood it is important that I learn things like this. What we discussed in our class today was very eye opening. I should learn to spend less than what I make, which will help me save more.
3. Why is it important to follow these tips?
Its very important I follow these steps. Managing money is essential in order to be financially stable and firm. these tips help us to stay more careful with our money and to be patient and organized. Always manage you money the right way.

I learned to keep pushing. I need to graduate both high school and collage so I don't struggle in the future to find a job. I should do my research and read book to help me get better understandings about certain topics and grow on my vocabulary. learning from other people can benefit me and help me grow to become a better person.
Reading this article gave me a remind to keep going. I often give up on something after not getting it on the first few tries. I realized after reading this that if I want to get anywhere in like I cant keep giving up. I have to keep pushing till I get it done. and I don't have to stop their I can push even past my own expectations and keep excelling.
