I am supported by my knowledge of how the nervous system functions, which I am constantly developing in response to the rapid developments in neuroscience. I hold a Master's degree in Cognitive Science, I am licensed Occupational Therapist and I am trained and certified in cutting edge modalities like Deep Brain Reorienting, Resonant Healing, Neurofeedback and Systemic Emergent Constellations.
My intensive search for ‘what works’ also led me to explore popular methods such as:

- Brainspotting - a basic training led by the method's creator, David Grand
- IFS (Internal Family Systems) - a comprehensive course led by Frank Anderson

- NVC (Nonviolent Communication) - many courses led by different people, in particular "Responding to the Call of Our Times" led by Miki Kashtan and the International Intensive Training (IIT) led by many Certified NVC Trainers.
