Client Services

Some details about coaching: 

• I provide 30- or 60-minute coaching sessions on Zoom or phone with individuals on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule.  

• Clients agree to work with me for a minimum of 3 sessions.

• Since I do not work as a full time coach and have a separate day job,

  • I enroll a small select number of clients at a given time 

  • I run my coaching sessions before 10am or after 5pm EST on weekdays, and any time on Saturdays and Sundays.  

• I coach in English, but I can work with clients who speak English or Cantonese.

Payment 

• For individual educators, non-profit employees, or people of color working in helping professions, clients pay what they wish per session.  I use this pay structure to make coaching accessible to people who are more likely to put their disposable income into donating to social justice causes or buying classroom supplies.

• For all other clients and for employers who want coaching for their employees, my standard rate is $150/per hour.
