I am a cognitive psychologist and a PhD candidate at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market at Maastricht University, where I began my doctoral journey in September 2024. My research explores lifelong learning and the factors influencing the likelihood of adults participating in workplace learning. With a background spanning psychology, business, and education, I bring an interdisciplinary perspective to my work.
