My previous work experience includes business/management. Therefore, I am well versed in the stresses and strains this can bring to your personal life including your relationships. Both counselling and CBT therapy can be very effective in helping to address the impact work can have upon your mental health.

With regards to your counselling sessions, the content will not be communicated with a third party except for the purpose of supervision of my work. In this instance, your identity will not be revealed, and the presenting issues are discussed in a general context, this is to help ensure I am working safely and ethically with my clients.
