Non Participation Form

As most students participate in the concert, all students are assumed participating unless we are notified. 

If your child WILL NOT be performing in the concert, please fill out the below form by Thursday 2nd April (Week 9, Term 1). 

Please note, all accounts will be charged the deposit amount in your Term 2 invoices unless the form below has been filled out.
