We strongly believe the concert is an important part of your child’s dance journey. It provides a wonderful opportunity to build confidence and creates special memories that will last for years to come.

As most students take part in the concert, we will assume that all students are participating unless we are informed otherwise. 

If your child will not be performing in the concert, please complete this form by Thursday, 2nd April 2026 (Week 9, Term 1).

Please note that all accounts will be charged the non-refundable concert deposit on their Term 2 invoices unless the above form is submitted by the deadline.

CONCERT DATE: FRIDAY 13th NOVEMBER 2026 

CONCERT TIME: 6pm Show (students to arrive approx. 5pm)

LOCATION: Greenhalgh Theatre - 100 Eton Road, Lindfield, NSW, 20270

COSTS INVOLVED 

The participation fee is $70 per student, which includes:

• All rehearsal fees

• A professional video of all three concerts, provided as a downloadable link to share with family and friends. 

Costume Hire: $40 per costume. 

To make payments easier for families, your total concert fees will be split into two instalments:
• 50% added to your Term 2 invoice
• 50% added to your Term 3 invoice. 

These can be paid together with your regular term fees, either in full or spread across four instalments via direct debit. 

Please note that the concert fees are non-refundable. 

Dress rehearsal & individual photo day

Sunday 1st November 

Please note, that the dress rehearsal is COMPULSORY for all children participating in the concert. 

Times will be confirmed in Term 3. Toddlers and Pre School students are usually in the morning. 

Individual photo bookings will be available on the same day as the dress rehearsal (Sunday, 1st November). We will ONLY be doing individual photos this year. 

The photos are not compulsory and must be booked in advance. More info on how to book will come later in the year.

Concert Tickets will be available to purchase from Monday, 21st September 2026, at 7:30pm. 

Ticket pricing will differ based on where you choose to sit in the auditorium. Seating plans & more info on how to purchase to come next term. 

Adult (16 Years & Older) - $37 - $42

Child (5 - 15 Years) - $25 - $32

Children Under 5 Occupying Seat - $15 - $22

Child 2 Years and under not occupying Seat (on lap) - Free (No ticket required)
