the Hartasia Electrical Utility Authority (PKCell)
the Hartasia Transit & Transport Authority (HTA)
the initiator makes the first move.
a move at least starts with an asterisk, but may also end with one
example a: * JNKabi punched you (15 DMG)
example b: *I slither towards you swiftly and wrap myself around your legs, preventing movement*
you start with 100 HP and 10 SP in each battle
Soul Points (SP) are like HP but you deal less damage if you have less SP and you only lose SP if your HP is very low (<1%) or if you have a low LoV (<2 LoV)
other kinds of points like DP or TP do exist, but usage is unlikely and inconsistent
2 moves total per turn is the limit, attacks (dealing damage, aka DMG) and blocking (mitigating damage, or -n% DMG) are the main moves, but healing (negative DMG to self or party members), dodging, and using items count as moves too
you can squeeze in a third move, but only if your opponent is very slow
a heavy attack (close to half of your own HP worth of DMG) can only be done in certain situations and will render you unable to make any move next turn
an undodgeable attack counts as doing x2 as much damage than it actually does.
blocking more than 50% damage is limited in use to once every 5 turns and passive blocking is limited to 50% at the top end and can be combined with active blocking. active blocks occur after the associated move, passive blocking always occurs
passive blocking above 20% will cause you to be very slow
an active heal counts as an attack with negative DMG and will also render you unable to make any move next turn if more than 50% HP is healed
dodging has a 50% success rate when all is equal, guranteed if your opponent is very slow, and has 10% success if you are very slow
if you’re gonna use an item, you are limited to things you took from the battlefield (likely a city or a grass field unless otherwise stated by the initiator)
a grab will reduce damage of the opponent by 1/5 for every 1 grab strength (GST), and >3 GST will disable the opponent entirely
struggling will reduce grab strength by 1 GST each
regardless of form, the grabber cannot make a move if the GST is greater than 5, even if their GST can go higher
goo creatures cannot be grabbed unless they're using a defensive move. a grab for a goo creature counts as 2 moves, but can go up to 10 GST rather than 5
1 message per turn is good practice, but isn't strictly necessary
for 8 bit file usage add C0 to the start to each 6 bit section

Cliqqcumber (click-cum-ber)
A long, yellow-green fruit with a similar texture to honeydew or similar melons, with cucumber-like seeds which make clicking sounds when chewed (hence, cliqqcumber). The taste is often described as semi-sweet with an undertone of lemon and apple, with an inexplicable aftertaste of lightly charred wood. These fruits are often very nutritious for Poyoans, but are known to be lethal in large amounts.
Hoenbiekma
A cube-shaped black fruit with a ceramic-like shell and a gooey inside which contains blueish round seeds whose hardness is comparable to that of an avocado’s skin. The taste can range anywhere from lemon, to orange, to ananas (pineapples), to chocolate, to pure sugar; depending on how ripe it is. The seeds can be eaten, but the taste is indescribably terrible. The seeds are often used in medicine as a stimulant and pain killer. The shell is crushed for use on roads to make the roads last longer.
Sciiba (stsi-iba)
A round yellow fruit with a soft, edible peel, an oddly creamy inside, and orange seeds (which are also edible). It tastes like orange or lemon cheesecake, depending on the soil it is grown in; the seeds also taste like cheesecake. This fruit is known to have 100-150% daily value of all known nutrients per singular fruit (based on a 2500 calorie diet) and have over 4000 calories, therefore it is very important not to eat more than one per day, even if you are particularly active.
Salmuttotabreabbitlecochicarrochopotatie Pie Cake™
All foods that exist in one, infinite density pie cake. It also has every nutrient that can be useful to organic life forms in infinite amounts. As expected, it tastes like everything that exists, at least before it kills you in 1E-72902 seconds (.0(~72900 zeros)01) with a heart attack. You can get it in rituals requiring half your soul. This is the only thing that can “kill” inanimate objects. Commercial about this thing.
Traditional sphere bread (+QeePQaKiHa-Qa)
A spherical, often sweet bread-like cake with no less than three meats inside, which include beef, goat, deer, pork, squirrel, sheep, or anything else a poyoan can get his hands on, along with hoenbiekma fruit; all coated in sugar and cheese. Traditional Sphere Bread is made with an open flame under the bread, with your bare hands manuvering the bread to be round and cooked evenly; the bread is then sprinkled with sugar, and coated in cheese. Before the bread is cooked, the meats are seasoned with salt, cinnamon, pepper, and ripened hoenbiekma, and cooked thoroughly; then the cooked meats are put in the bread with more hoenbiekma, and the bread is wrapped around the filling and cooked without hesitation. The bread is eaten at traditional celebrations, and is stood on an egg cradle. The sphere bread is the size of the poyoan who cooked it, which is often 100cm tall, which is ~3’ 3⅓”, which doesn’t fit through human-sized doors.
Phoenician Curry
An inexplicably perfect curry created in the Western Mediterranean a little less than half a century before the Roman Empire. There is no consensus on who actually made it and what they made it with, but what is known is that there's exactly one, it's currently displayed in a museum in Gibraltar Strait City, and you would never know it was that old

29/12/"24: the start of Flowey's takeover
17/12/"24: If there's one day of the year that should be eventful, it's a birthday...
01/12/"24: welcome the Christmas spirit! the new theme is red and green for that Christmas taste.
a little ironic, seeing as the shade of pink used in the favicon and stuff is #f45666 which contains the number of the beast, oh well.22/11/"24: @tisi-heart.bsky.social has been added as one of the socials, it's like the Twitter version, but you don't have to deal with Twitter and its horde of barbarians. It's missing some weird things though, I'm sure it'll be sorted out by the time Flowey takes the Twitter version- wait what?
17/11/"24: I don't know what it's called yet, but the story is now in the "stories" section
11/11/"24: remember when you were fictional to Tisi? it's still true, BUT layers are what truly separates creator from creation, and the difference isn't quite as equal as thought before. Layers are a relative scale, meaning Tisi's layer is 0 according to her and my layer is 0 according to me, but Tisi's layer is -1 according to me, and vice versa leads to +1. Most dreams occur on layer -1 too, but peek into layer 0 in some places. Things like God belong in layer +1 (because they created everything in layer 0, obviously). even though layers seem to blend into each other, they really don't; my power would be AbInFu in layer -1 but it's about 4 in layer 0, but Jadey's power would be AbInFu in layer -1 but it's 1 in layer 0. this raises the question: what's above all layers? all evidence points to cats, but this is unprovable. TYPICAL.
01/11/"24: it's no longer Halloween.
08/10/"24: site theme changed for a little more halloween-ness for October, better late than never!
01/10/"24: end of pizza finding event, pizzas removed from site, here's where they were
🍕EBAN&UoG, replacing the 💛
🍕events, replacing the 🔒
🍕Tisi's language, after the definition of the word "!u"
🍕Cat language, after "never join a sentence with thin air"
🍕Triangles, after the 2nd example for how the triangles are written in alternating directions
🍕other lore things, in item 69
14/09/"24: Parallel Olelogram is the winner! but the event doesn't end yet!
13/09/"24: events, legendary, and stories pages updated, access buttons edited to be more relevant, pizza finding event.
14/08/"24: fixed one of the page's back buttons
05/08/"24: the Notice Board is now collapsable because it was getting unwieldy. a summary of the latest thing will go where the name was.
03/08/"24: list of events added
05/07/"24: roleplay fight rules added
01/07/"24: end of pride month, title text is back to white. what am I, a big company on a system?
24/06/"24: removed the Yeah! from the banner, the /yeah page is now blank, added to the EBAN&UoG sub-page
18/06/"24: my mouse decided it's had enough
14/06/"24: added a Yeah! to the banner.
11/06/"24: added important images tab in "constructed stuff", moved the nav bar to the side... then back to the top (I'm trying to get RID of it!!)
09/06/"24: fixed a dumb error between 09/04/"24 and 27/05/"24, added the three pillars to the EBAN&UoG, properly hid the extra alephs in the Timeline, made the feedback button more generic.
06/06/"24: the text was added to the systems (it's harder than you think)
03/06/"24: another year, another dyne
31/05/"24: added to the EBAN&UoG, and ?????? page added
27/05/"24: "Heartisan" has been changed to "Heartishan" to prevent confusion with the word artisan (shouldn't it be Hartishan, or is that too far removed?)
09/04/"24: list of those given start text added
31/03/"24: pretty small change, #FF00FF has been changed to #D525D6 in all future pictures and in this site's favicon (the little icon next to the site's name)
29/03/"24: added some text at the top so the quick description that some sites show isn't just "Emoji-centric identifiers". also removed the old version of this site.
08/03/"24: I figured out the "style" thing, and now things are different colors. also, mutual fictionality
01/03/"24: opening of the website
10/01/"24: connection to International Geographic (now IntGeo)
this is the start. it's at the bottom so the latest thing is at the top
