Utility will be downloaded in RAR format. First Extract file with the help of WinRAR which is normally installed in PC. if not then download and install it first. WinRAR is freely available over internet.
Utility is prepared in MS Excel . It will work on Windows Operating System and MS Excel version 2013 & above only.
