To get Offline Files you need to Activate your User Number for KV from Software User Id Activation Menu. After some Hours Your User Number will be activated. You can check it from School Login . As User Number activated your school details will appear and file will be shown under Link to Download tab. This activation is one time process and User Number will be common for all classes of your Vidyalaya.

After Downl;oading in PC or Laptop follow the procedure specified in manual..

Each KV have their Own Offline files so never share your KV Offline Software files tto any other person or on any public platform. You are free to share the link to activate to get their own copy. Separate Whatsapp groups are also formed for more fast communication. You are requested to join the groups also.

Caution :

1. Please do not open files in mobile or any other online platform. Use only Pc or Laptop having Winsows OS.

2. If you need to paste data then use Paste Special - Values only.

For using Offline Result Software proper care are should be taken to avoid its corruption. Please read User Manual and General Instructions before use.
