These online demos generate random images combining basic shapes by random principles. Each image is associated a simple file with its own parameters. The parameters  of this file can be modified and used to generate new images. Alternatively the  main  parameters can be modified on an explicit and simple board, to see their  influence on the final image. 

• Simplified Generator (release 2019/10)  IPOL (Image Processing Online Journal) demo : an introductory simplified version of the image generator showed below  

• Generator (release 2019/06)  IPOL (Image Processing Online Journal) demo : inclusion of branched shapes.  

• Generator (release 2018/07)  IPOL (Image Processing Online Journal) demo: completely new implementation offering a powerful user interaction. Generates scarf models and other images 

• Generator (release 2016/04) IPOL (Image Processing Online Journal) demo: second demo based on abstract art principles, generating textures that fill in a silhouette. 

• Generator (release 2014/06)  IPOL (Image Processing Online Journal) demo: first demo based on abstract art principles to generate random images. Only the palette can be opted for, the rest is fully automatic.

In the last implementation of our generator (release 2019/06, see below) we include a new type of vectorial shapes using a branched structure. The design of these branched shapes bears some analogy with  the Henri Matisse paper cuts outs. We designed  a friendly interface generating these shapes:

• Branched shape generator (release 2023/10)  Software devoted to explore and manually edit the variety of shapes we can generate using a branched structure.
