satDNA Analyzer: a tool devoted to the classification of Strachan Transition States in samples of satellite DNA. It performs several computations, including nucleotide diversity and transitions/transversions. It shows results graphically in html format (with Cristina Rubio and Rafael Navajas-Pérez).
