PRA MCU

• Pendaftaran MCU menggunakan formulir elektronik

• Persiapan diri sebelum MCU (silahkan baca "Persiapan sebelum MCU")

• Peserta MCU adalah karyawan office dan karyawan lapangan (termasuk PM & Service Manager)

PADA SAAT MCU

• Mendaftarkan diri pada resepsionis klinik pada hari pemeriksaan

• Melakukan pemeriksaan sesuai jadwalnya

• Apabila ditolak karena tidak memenuhi persyaratan pemeriksaan, silahkan datang kembali setelah memenuhi persyaratan

PASCA MCU

• Hasil MCU dikirimkan ke email-masing-masing

• Bagi yang mendapatkan hasil tidak FIT, pada kesempatan pertama, silahkan kembali ke klinik (bagi yang melakukan MCU di Klinik Tirta Medical Center), membawa hasil MCU, dan bertemu dengan dokter untuk konsultasi hasil. Bagi yang melakukan pemeriksaan di klinik NON-Tirta Medical Center silahkan langsung konsultasi dengan dokter mana saja dengan menujukan hasil MCU

• Karyawan yang mendapatkan hasil tidak FIT, wajib memberikan informasi hasil konsultasi kepada kepada HR melalui link berikut : https://forms.office.com/r/5piXaJhip7

• HR akan mengadakan seminar kesehatan dengan mendatangkan narasumber yang kompeten, mengadakan program kesehatan dll, sebagai bagian dari tindak lanjut pelaksanaan MCU

PRE MCU

• MCU registration using the electronic form

• Prepare yourself before the MCU (please read "Preparation before the MCU")

• MCU participants are office employee and field employee including PM & Service Manager

DURING MCU

• Register at the clinic receptionist on the day of the examination

• Carry out inspections according to schedule

• If it is rejected because it does not meet the examination requirements, please come back after meeting the requirements

POST MCU

• MCU results sent to each email

• For those who get results that are not FIT, at the first opportunity, please return to the clinic (for those who do MCU at Tirta Medical Center Clinic), bring MCU results, and meet with a doctor for a consultation on the results. For those who do an examination at the NON-Tirta Medical Center clinic, please immediately consult with any doctor by showing the results of the MCU

• HR will hold a health seminar by bringing in competent resource persons, hold health programs etc, as part of the follow-up to the implementation of the MCU
