Pedagogical Approaches to Japanese/Korean Linguistics
The aim of this virtual workshop is to create a forum to exchange good practice, tools, resources, creative ideas and our visions in teaching Japanese/Korean linguistics. In particular, we wish to exchange ideas and resources on how to incorporate our research into teaching. Abstracts addressing any aspect of teaching and learning Japanese/Korean linguistics in higher education are welcome.

Call for Papers
Abstracts addressing any aspect of teaching and learning Japanese/Korean linguistics in higher education are welcome.
Topics include, but are not limited to:
Inclusive classroom
Research-informed teaching
Teaching language variation and change
Using corpus in teaching Japanese/Korean linguistics
Linguistics for language students
Effective teaching methods and techniques
Tools and resources for teaching Japanese/Korean linguistics
All presenters will be asked to prepare a pre-recorded presentation (maximum 20 minutes). Live discussion session (on Zoom) will be scheduled on 8 October 2021.

Abstract Guidelines
Abstracts should be written in English and not exceed 1 page including author name(s), affiliation(s), references, examples and/or figures
Submitted abstracts must be in .pdf format, with Times New Roman font, size 12, 1 inch margins and single spacing.
The filename must be in the form Paper_title.pdf (e.g., Logical_structure_of_linguistic_theory.pdf).
