I am a Ph.D. student in Public Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.Â
As a dedicated researcher in public administration, my academic journey began with a strong interest in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, which shaped much of my work during my undergraduate and master's studies at Yonsei University.
Over time, my research interests have evolved and expanded to include Digital Governance and AI Policy, as I seek to understand how technological disruption transforms public organizations and decision-making processes.
My current research focuses on how digital technologies and algorithmic systems reshape the values, structures, and practices of the public sector. I am particularly interested in the tensions between publicness and efficiency, and in how institutional design can promote fairness, transparency, and inclusiveness in technology-driven governance. I also explore how performance systems, leadership behaviors, and organizational culture influence adaptive capacity and innovation within bureaucracies.
