To understand the physiological and pathological roles of ncRNAs in the human brain, we utilize neural cells generated from human embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and/or induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) of patients with brain disorders.

We also validate the biological roles of ncRNAs found using human neural cells in vitro in animal model systems.
