Jingyuan Guo

Welcome to my website! I am an economics PhD candidate at Department of Economics, National University of Singapore. 

I obtained my undergraduate degree (B.A. in finance and B.A. in philosophy) at Sichuan University (SCU) and master's degree (M.Sc. in economics) at LSE. During this period, I worked as a Part-time Research Assistant to Prof. Da Zhao at SCU, Prof. Kent Deng at LSE, and Prof. Kaixing Huang at PKU. From 2022 to 2023, I worked as a Research Fellow to Prof. Julien Sauvagnat at Department of Finance and IGIER, Bocconi University. 

My research interests are political economy, economic development, and economic history.
