I am a postdoctoral fellow in the English Department at University of Hildesheim. 

I received my Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics from The Pennsylvania State University and my M.S. in Linguistics (Concentration: Applied Linguistics) from Georgetown University.

My research activity is centered on four areas within applied linguistics: instructed second language acquisition; study abroad; technology in language education; and research methodology, in particular, mixed methods research and meta-analysis.
