Jin Drake is a stop motion animator and character designer from Detroit, Michigan. Jin also likes to create with other art mediums and different forms of animation, such as 2D animation, found object animation, painting, drawing, graphic design, and more!! Jin also worked with Grow Detroit Youth Talent in collaboration with Mint Artist Guild during the summers of 2024 and 2025. Jin's work with these organizations has been shown in the Skillman Foundation & the Love Building for the Paint Detroit with Generosity exhibit in 2024 & 2025, also at ArtPrize in 2025. Jin wanted to hone their skills more and is now volunteering at Tink Tank Animate. They animate with all kinds of sizes of puppets and not only do stop motion with them but 2D animation, set and puppet fabication, and being an actor!!
