Simply return the cable to JIMS CABLE WORLD and after the item has been tested and determined to be defective, a new one will be shipped to you. Buyer is responsible for both forward and return shipping for all returns with the exception of determined defective by JIMS CABLE WORLD, (Ex.: 'Changed Mind', 'No Longer Needed', 'Ordered By Mistake', 'Unauthorized Family Member Ordered', 'Etc.'). For these return reasons, both forward and return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
