 Do you offer helium balloons?

Helium balloons are only offered if you purchase another balloon installation, such as a balloon ring, arch, garland etc. We do not offer helium balloons as a stand alone order. 

Do you create centerpieces?

We do offer centerpieces and we can work with you to create your vision!

Is it possible to get any color balloon imaginable?

While balloons come in hundreds and hundreds of colors, it is not always the case where we can match a balloon color perfectly to your decor. While we do search high and low to get it as close to your desired color as possible, we cannot guarantee a perfect match. Sometimes if you find a picture of a balloon color online that you love and want, you have to keep in mind that lighting, custom created colors, filters and AI could be present, and that color may not actually exist.

How much of a notice should I give if I have an event coming up? 

    Ideally, it would be great if we could have at least 30 days notice to plan and prep, but we know last      minute events arise! We will do our best to accomodate your timeline. If your event is less than 10 days away, we will add a $50 fee. 

Do you do outdoor installations?

We do encourage clients to always put balloons indoors. Outdoor events can be challenging because of the elements. If the balloons need to be placed outdoors, an Outdoor Balloon Installation Agreement needs to be signed and returned before the event date. Jillian's Party Designs cannot be held responsible for balloons popping or fading due to weather. 

What areas do you service?

Any events that take place in Danvers MA receive free delivery. Any area outside of Danvers is subject to a fee of $1.29 per mile. We try to stay within a 30 mile radius of Danvers, but can go beyond if necessary.

What if I change my mind when it comes to the color scheme?

You are able to change your colors no less than 2 weeks from your event date. Orders may need to be placed if the colors needed are not on hand. 

What if I want to hang a garland from the wall at a venue?

Most venues in the area do not allow anything to be placed on the wall or ceiling. It is up to you to speak to the event coordinator and get a clear answer regarding installations being attached to the wall and/or ceiling. A free standing installment will be your best bet! 

Can I have specialty Mylar balloons added?

Yes! They are typically more expensive than latex, so an added fee is applied.
