Meet the Owner! 

Hi there! I am Jillian McCarthy, the heart behind Jillian's Party Designs! I am a Danvers, MA native, and a mom of a 17 year old son, and a 13 year old daughter. I work full time, and I also own a mobile bar business, Filthy Martini Mobile Bartending LLC.

For the past 4 years, I have been decorating event spaces with my balloon garlands, arches, rings, centerpieces, columns etc! I strive for great customer service, quality work and customer satisfaction! I try and capture what the customer is looking for, while putting my own spin on the design. It is an honor for me to be trusted with your events, and I look forward to working with you!
