I'm Jihye "Erica" Bae, a fourth-year doctoral candidate in Psychological Sciences (focus on Developmental Psychology) at Peabody College, Vanderbilt University, where I work with Dr. Amy E. Booth. My research focuses on understanding the origins of variability in STEM learning outcomes, with a particular emphasis on identifying contextual and cognitive predictors. Ultimately, my goals is to support children and families from all backgrounds to developing positive and successful learning experiences in STEM. 

Prior to my doctoral studies, I earned a M.Ed. in Child Studies (clinical and developmental research track) from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in International Relations (with honors) from New York University.
