My prior understanding of most educational technology was focused on a consumer perspective. This was the first time that I needed to adopt the lens of an investor. Understanding the differences between consumer and investor was a significant learning curve in this assignment, as I found a large amount of overlap on these concepts. The EVA role is distinct and must be focused on specific features in order to create a marketable opportunity. JigSpace, existing in multiple markets, has given me an idea of how my venture should connect markets as well. Focusing on a primary market and then creating sub or secondary markets that interact with the venture. Furthermore, knowing which markets are stagnant will be a deterrent to developing a venture that is oversaturated. For example, math and literacy platforms seem to be incredibly overabundant. 

• AI was used to initially brainstorm topics of emerging technologies with a focus on education, the current year, and design and innovation.

• AI was used to explore the general topic of what a market analysis is, as this is not a subject in which I have much experience. This directed me to scholarly sources as well as public examples. It was not used specifically with JigSpace in mind.

• Gemini was used to generate unique images for SWOT in relation to JigSpace, as well as the investor and educational investor images for the investor rationale.
